parkour / free running

i guess i am so into this thing, its kinda cool at the same time good for our health. i love things since i was primary , and before this they called yamakasi and now they called it as parkour. whatever it is i would love to give my shot in this. seems like pretty easy but yeahh hell hard actually. we should have the strength, body balance, flexibility, and stamina to make this thing work out. style isn't


PARKOUR / FREE RUNNING
they have their own history and their own story. they have their own moves and they also have their own workout just to keep us fit. so this is the basic movement ;

BASIC MOVEMENT 
Rolls, Balance, Cat Balance, Under a bar, Muscle-Up, Cat Leap, Drop, 
Light Drop, Gap Jump, Precision Jump, Tic-Tac, Wall-Run, Lache
